Directions for Use

Recommended Daily Intake

As a food supplement, it is recommended that children aged 4–10 take 1 scoop once daily, and adults aged 11 and older take 1 scoop twice daily, mixed with 200 ml of milk, lactose-free milk (including plant-based milks such as almond, oat, and soy), or 200 ml of water.
